HAPPY VALENTINES' DAY TO EVERYONE!

basically, just spent valentine's day with honey.
strictly no boyfriends because both of us are single :D
being single is just as lucky as having boyfriends. there are the pros and cons.
well, roamed the whole of ikea today, you must be wondering why we went there. Yuvin, ever so hardworking wants to take a few pictures of the designs of 'holders' and insipration.
so, accompanied her since i havent got a date, except with my mummy and some other few friends.

unsurprisingly, many couples were crowding the whole of tampinese MRT and there were quite a number of girls holding little bouquet of flowers or balloons. this goes to show that xiaxue's blog is very effective.
however, also heard of many appalling and ghastly news among certain people.
For example, the sms i received was from Rebecca Chan, i'm not very close to her but we still go out and stuff.

apparently, she just got dumped on valetine's day by her wrenched 'boyfriend'! she said that he was actually thinking about 'breaking-off' (a more polite word for dumping her) the relationship even before valentines'. Then he 'think and think', then felt that valentines' day was the perfect day to dump her because it would end the torture clean.

This is so super stupid! I mean, there are one thousand reasons to why you should not dump your girlfriend on valentines' day! Wtf mans, so dumb lor. the guy deliberately just wna break her heart and leave a veryveryveryvery deep and scarred impression of himself!

urghhh, i should stop talking about stuff like that.

watching this korean show now to commemorate vday. sounds like another sad show, shall not watch sad shows during vday to spoil lovers' frame of mind.

actually, since i am single, i have all the rights to tell you (singles) about the cons of having vday with your valentino.
vday is actually the day whereby couples make up, not make out.
after one year of stormy seas and thunderstorms, couples try all their best to replenish and supplement the days that they have not been working well.
if a couple is seriously devoted to each other, vday should not be misused by couples to make up for each other. But however, feel that it is just as any other day just that its a tad exaggerated.
in other words, vday should be like any other day,

except maybe the fact that instead of eating in streetshops or foodcourts, you eat in restaurants or maybe even candlelight dining (if your boyfriend is above 20)!
and maybe, instead of giving you little cards and knick-knacks, they maybe give you 999 roses wrapped skillfully in baby-pink tracing paper or patterned floral ribbons.
in terms of physical attraction, you may wna wear your most bizarre and outlandish dresses ever found in your closet instead of T-shirts and shorts.

see, i have given so many examples of how possibly you could display a change in yourself to prove to your boyfriend/girlfriend that you've been looking forward to this day and that you do give alot of attention and concern to it!

so to all singles out there, if you have been misrepresented valentines' day all the while, its a good chance to tell your friends to start activating their heed about their relationships!
valentine's day is nevertheless, some day you couples can look forward to, to proudly impress your boyfriends/girlfriends!

as i was saying, valentine's for me is quite okey on friday.
I gave the valentine card to the person i liked effortlessly. It wasnt a difficult task for me because we have been quite close for some time and i believe he wouldn't get too shocked or whatever.

didn't receive many many presents but i'm still feeling loved by many. even those that i don't know well. :D
i also gave presents to those that i don't really know that well. I think by doing that, i'll be super duper sweet! :B
i think the most embellished present i received was from annabel, gave most of us a balloon each with the colour of our choice. and mine was white, i chose it.
got a few cards and testimonials from a few people and maybe the most i appreciated was jacquelyn's and honey's because they took lots of effort in maing/finding the various present(s).

yup so that was vday's eve for me and valentines' day with my parents was to go eat suki sushi with my family and i gave them a super sweet photoframe with four divided frames into L.O.V.E by which each frame was occupied by each of our four family member's photos, which was unsuccessfully printed somehow and unfitting to the frames.
but overall i still find myself so thoughtful. (:

wanting to watch some movies like 'He's just not that into you' or something. but no time. usually when go out with honey is not really 'go out' lor. we will at least do something productive and appropriate to homework or school.
I have a serious approbation to homework. boohoo.
